More Lower Slaughter -beautiful weather and a lovely walk (We were also intrigued with the Barringtons and the Rissingtons, which are villages all within a few miles of Taynton -we only saw Great Barrington, and Little Rissington, - we didn't go through Upper Rissington, Lower Barrington, or Upper Barrington (makes you wonder about the pecking order of these villages)

Lower Slaughter ( didn't get to see Upper Slaughter) - as well as the Old Mill and stream there was a beautiful public path through fields and wooded areas

Warwick Castle - the visit was different to when we went in 2005 because it was more interactive and you could walk right into the rooms amongst the figures
